What are The London Bridge Experience and The London Tombs ticket age brackets?
Child ticket - 5 to 14 years
Student ticket -15 to 17 years and students with valid student ID
Adult ticket - over 18 years
OAP ticket - OAPs aged 60 or over

Children aged 4 and under are given free entry to The London Bridge Experience however children under the age of 11 will not be admitted to The London Tombs.

How much does a ticket on the door cost?
Adult - £19.95
Child - £14.95
Student - £15.95
Family - £59.95

However, we encourage our customers to purchase tickets online to get the benefit of discounted online rates.

I want to buy a student ticket, what form of ID do I need to use on entry?
We accept your Connexions card, your NUS card, your ISIC card or your ValidateUK card.

Are there any age restrictions?
There is no age restriction in the London Bridge Experience, however children up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

The London Tombs contains flash and strobe lighting and is not suitable for young children under the age of 11. Children aged 11 years and over will be admitted only when accompanied by a supervising adult.

How long should I allow for the tour?
The London Bridge Experience tour takes approximately 45 minutes.
The optional London Tombs tour takes around 25 minutes.

Are cameras allowed to be used in The London Bridge Experience and The London Tombs?
No. Photography and recording of any kind is not permitted inside any part of either The London Bridge Experience or The London Tombs.

Can I take food and drink into The London Bridge Experience or The London Tombs?
Food or drink may not be consumed during The London Bridge Experience or The London Tombs tours.

We have a cafeteria called Cafe Brood for customers to use once the tour(s) have finished.

Is there access to The London Bridge Experience for Disabled customers?
Yes. Whilst London Bridge is an historic building we have, where possible, created disabled customer access and facilities including a lift and some wheelchair access. Please notify us of any special requirements in advance so that we can check whether we are able to accommodate them.

Are there concessions or discounts for disabled customer(s) and their carer(s)?
Whilst a disabled customer is required to pay for a full price ticket, their carer will be offered free entry to the London Bridge Experience and the London Tombs. All you need to do to receive free entry for your carer is to show your disability badge on arrival and then identify your carer.

If I am pregnant can I enter The London Bridge Experience and The London Tombs?
Entry is at your own discretion. Please bear in mind that the combined tour takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, and the London Tombs is a dark 'passage of terror' with some narrow passageways, and strobe and flash lighting. It may not therefore be suitable for pregnant women.

What happens if I buy a ticket online?
We will sent you an email to confirm the purchase and with a bar-code containing all the purchase information. That email is your e-ticket. Please print your e-ticket and bring it with you to the London Bridge Experience. If you do not print and bring your e-ticket with you, you may be refused entry.

I'm unable to print my e-ticket, what should I do?
Please contact us and we will try to help you find a solution.

Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit or debit card?
Tickets can be purchased on the day either by cash or by personal cheque from our box office on Tooley Street. However, we encourage our customers to purchase tickets online to get the benefit of discounted online rates.

Is this site secure?
Yes. All your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the bank's computers.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
'DirectPay' will appear on your statement.

What is your refund / ticket exchange policy?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

If I pre-book for a specific time, what happens if I arrive late?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable, however you may, at our discretion, be allowed in at the next available time slot. If the value of your ticket is lower than the value of the next available time slot, we may ask you to pay the difference.

Are there parking facilities nearby?
We encourage all our customers to use public transport. Click on our how to find us page for a map with some local car parks on it and for details of how to get to us using public transport.
